At the annual February planning retreat, the RSCA Board of Directors decides which ongoing initiatives to continue and which new initiatives to undertake according to the feedback they have received from the community. However, it is community volunteers who truly make these initiatives happen. Committees and their volunteers are what make the RSCA tick. Join an RSCA committee and help your neighborhood to grow and prosper!
